Pediatric
Occupational Therapist - Ms Gordon
"As a pediatric occupational therapist, I work with children
to maximize their abilities and learning potential. The best
environment for a young child is one that emphasizes movement,
sensory stimulation, physical engagment, and frequent positive
feedback. Cranium Academy is a school program that embodies
the ideal environment for early childhood learning. Unlike
traditional school programs, the Cranium Academy program
recognizes and implements the most current strategies of teaching
children according to how they learn. Gross motor free play
and guided activities facilitate motor planning, coordination,
strength, and sensory motor integration. Music, object manipulation,
and hands-on learning experiences promote visual skills, fine
motor coordination, and abstract thinking. I am impressed
by the forward thinking approach of the Cranium Academy
curriculum, as well as the enthusiastic and sincere attitude
of the staff. As a mom, I am happy to have found them and
would not think of sending my daughter anywhere else.

Off
the Charts in Kindergarten - Sarah
"I wanted to give you an update on Sarah since she has
already started Kindergarten at TFA. She was tested with the
other kids and TFA was amazed. She scored in the highest percentile
of rankings which is 92 % or greater. TFA allowed Sarah to
be placed in the Accelerated Reader Program and she is doing
great. I have had a chance to assist in the Kindergarten classroom
a few times and can not believe how far ahead Sarah is. She
shows a grasp of critical thinking that goes well beyond her
fellow classmates. I have had some of the other parents ask
me where she went to preschool and I proudly tell them....Cranium
Academy. We look forward to our younger daughter Sophia
starting your preschool next year."

Everything
we thought and more - Ava
Scott and I really enjoyed our teacher conference with Ms.
Kari. We left feeling like this school was everything they
said it was going to be and more, which is great! I have been
extremely impressed with every teacher in the building. I
can be very critical when it comes to Ava/schools/teachers/etc.
(shocker right lol) and each teacher that I have seen in the
classrooms are soooooo good. The thing that always strikes
me is the way they communicate with the children. They use
the right words and phrases and the kids are really in tune
with it! (I’m always like, WOW I would have never thought
of saying it that way or using that approach). I notice that
all of the time when I walk into rooms and am just like no
wonder they have everyone behaving and participating etc.
It just shows how well educated and highly trained the teachers
and staff members are which is so comforting. We have never
been at a school where I could say that about even half of
the teachers or staff members! So I just wanted to let you
know that because we really don’t get a chance to say
thank you or good job as much as we should but truthfully
it is noticed and appreciated!! What a wonderful school with
an equally wonderful set of teachers and staff! Please share
our comments with others because it is a reflection of your
entire program!!

Gold Mine - Lana
"We felt like we ran across a gold mine when we found
your Academy. We were looking to expose our child to the highest
level of early education we could find in a partial day program
so that we could spend the extra time with her before we lose
her to the school system. All of the programs offered at the
Academy are completely unique to anything else we had ever
heard about."
Melinda (Lana's Mom)
Recent email to Allison our
Lead Teacher
" Hi Allison – I’m finally getting a moment
to ask you a couple of questions about the testing that was
done this year. But first I want to thank you for the WONDERFUL
and amazing instruction, care and opportunities you all have
given Gabi. Words do fail me to express how grateful I am
that she has been in this environment that fosters such an
excitement for learning. OK – so here are my questions:"
Jennifer (Gabby's Mom)
Incredible Preschool Experience
- Amanda
We wanted to make you aware of Amanda's successes since being
in your program. It's not just that she is reading on a second
grade level or that her math skills are now triple the average.
She knows how to think. Amanda is now in first grade at Whispering
Oaks Elementary School and was recently recommended for the
gifted program testing based on her current scores. Her current
scores are as follows:
Reading = Result is 24 currently (16 at the begging of first
grade). The norm is 4 for this stage of the semester on a
continuum.
Math = 74 % (2 months from 3rd grade level including geometry!).
The norm is 25 % for this stage of the semester on a continuum.
Writing (including punctuation and spelling) = 19 out of 20.
The norm is 10 out of 20 for this stage of the semester on
a continuum.
Thank you for giving Amanda and us an incredible school experience.
We believe it will reverberate throughout her entire academic
years. Now that we have a 6 month old, is it too early to
be on a waiting list?

Mom and Dad)
Love of Learning - Michelle
"Our 3 year old girl asks us every day if it is her Explorers
day. She cannot wait to go to school. She has such a blast
in the program and we never dreamt that she would have such
a love for learning while also gaining such a unique enrichment
educational experience."
Maria (Michelle's Mom)
You're The Best - Kate
"I have had the opportunity to have Kate be a part of
several Preschools before I got her into the Masters Program.
I can not believe how unique the environment is, and how much
my daughter is learning. She CAN NOT wait to go there to learn
every day and I always find a way to show off the projects
and work she is doing at the Academy to the other parents.
You guys are the best!"
Sue (Kate's Mom)
Lifetime
Friendships - Benjamin
"Benjamin has progressed so much since he has been at
the Academy. I love all of the friendships he and all the
other kids seem to form with each other and the teachers.
These friendships are so strong because he is in a classroom
type setting that is so stimulating and fun to him. He gets
to form strong bonds with the other kids by doing all of their
enrichment projects together in teams. I never realized how
strong and unique this particular social aspect of the center
would be to him and his development.....its kind of like being
in a social Elementary school class setting but exposing him
to a completely unique way of stimulating his desire to learn."
Andrea (Benjamin's Mom)
Ryan - loves, loves, loves going
to your school
Ryan loves, loves, loves going to your school. Which I have
to tell you is an absolute joy for me because I was afraid
he could not handle preschool at two and a half years old!
So THANK YOU for making it such a pleasant experience. In
fact, Ryan enjoys school so much, he wants to attend on Fridays
when Rebecca goes to the Masters class. Ryan cries when I
drop Rebecca off and he cannot go into his classroom……..I
tell everybody how great I think your school is! But then
I think….”Uh-oh, if you get too many students
we might be put on a waiting list!” LOL
Rhonda (Rebecca and Ryan’s
Mom)
Omar
and Sana – Loved your summer camps
“I just wanted to let you know how much Omar and Sana
loved your summer camps last year. It amazes me how much they
learned at your camps while having so much fun. They had a
blast! They have been asking me all school year when they
are going back to your Academy so I wanted to let you know
how happy I am to be able to get them into this years camps!
Manijeh – (Omar and Sana’s
Mom)
Martha
Anne has been with you since the center opened
“Martha Anne started here when the center opened. She
started in the Explorers program, moved to the Combo program
and is now attending the CraniumTUTOR program. She has developed
not only her reading and math skills, but her ability to speak
in public, apply and transfer knowledge, take tests, and so
much more. She just took her IQ test and scored a 166 on the
verbal section! We tell everyone about you guys and just wanted
you to know that we think Cranium Clubhouse is amazing!”
Bill – (Martha Anne’s
Dad)
We
tried everything
“We had tried so many different things with Kendall,
in our ongoing attempt to get him up to speed in reading.
He had always struggled at it. At the beginning of second
grade, Kendall was tested and placed into the remedial –
read well program. We put him into the CraniumTUTOR program
two days a week. He was retested 3 months later and the teacher
was shocked. He was the only student in the read well program
to improve in all aspects. He got satisfactory scores in all
areas and even had a few outstanding grades. We kept him in
the program and by the end of the school year he made the
A-B Honor Role. All of this in one school year! We can not
thank you guys enough for what you have done for Kendall.”
Diana (Kendall’s Mom)
Had
trouble with reading
“Lexan was having trouble with his reading throughout
the year. I enrolled him in the CraniumTUTOR program where
he focuses on both his reading and math skills. After just
a couple of weeks, I noticed that Lexan was making huge improvements,
as did his teacher. Lexan is not only reading levels above
where he was, but is helping others that are struggling to
read. His teacher also noticed that Lexan is more confident
in reading out loud and is volunteering to read in class.
Thank you for helping us to achieve our reading goals!”
Lynda (Lexan’s Mom)
Your
program landed him 1 of only 12 spots
“I choose the CraniumTUTOR program because it is such
a unique environment. I was looking for something to help
Kai get a little bit ahead as he started the next year of
school. Once he started coming to the program, I realized
how much progress he was making and I decided to have him
test for a private first grade class. If it wasn’t for
the CraniumTUTOR program, I don’t think he would have
been able to get one of the only 12 spots available!”
Yoriko (Kai’s Mom)
Admissions
Director was amazed
“Raul originally tested behind for Kindergarten and
the school he was going to attend was placing him in a transitional
Kindergarten class as a result. We found out about your reading
and math program (CraniumTUTOR) and got him into it. After
coming for only three months he was retested by the school
and the admissions director was amazed. She told us she had
never seen such a marked improvement in a child in such a
short time and asked us what we had done. We told her about
Cranium Clubhouse! He was then approved to go into regular
Kindergarten class. He has now been coming to Cranium Clubhouse
for over a year since that original test. Just recently he
was tested again and his IQ results put him at an advanced
level in several different areas. He is now way ahead in both
reading and math. He also loves reading and doing schoolwork.
Words can not describe how grateful we are to have found such
a wonderful place…..much thanks to everyone over at
Cranium Clubhouse.”
Carmen (Raul’s Mom)
Got
him into our dream private school
“We started Enzo in the ComboTUTOR (PreK) program because
we wanted him to do well on his Kindergarten admissions test.
His current place did not seem to be doing an adequate job
getting him at the level he needed to be for phonics and math.
He was also shy and wasn’t always comfortable answering
questions for new people. He started doing two classes per
week in November and we saw amazing improvements in his confidence,
focus, and motivation. He took the test in January, did fantastic
and got in thanks to you guys!”
Fabrizio (Enzo’s Dad)
MESSAGE
FROM THE OWNERS OF CRANIUM CLUBHOUSE
We are so proud of not only every child listed
above but all the kids that have successfully gone through
our programs. We wanted to share our own "testimonial"
below.......
The gifted program at WES is full of Cranium Kids
We were fortunate enough to have Jake go through
the Cranium Academy (school) program for 3 full
years. He is now in first grade at Windermere Elementary School.
He was recommended by several teachers and employees at the
school for evaluation of his cognitive abilities as it relates
to eligibility for the gifted program. He scored in the 99th
percentile and has been admitted into the gifted program.
He has also been accepted into a special accelerated reading
program which meets once a week. We have not had a chance
to review the entire gifted class roster over at Windermere
Elementary School but in addition to Jake there are several
other kids in the gifted class that have all come from Cranium
Academy. Years ago when we envisioned and developed the
Cranium Clubhouse concept, we knew we had the potential to
establish one of the most unique early childhood learning
concepts anywhere. However, we did not realize the sense of
fulfillment and satisfaction that we would feel as we continue
to receive such wonderful feedback from parents, teachers,
industry experts and of course the kids! Thank you to everyone
for sharing your wonderful stories and we hope your kids continue
down their remarkable path to school and lifetime success!

and Allison (Jacob's parents and founders of Cranium Clubhouse)
